Dignity and dedication: That’s what our staff brings to the Quality Life Services community every single day. The hard work these special workers deliver keeps QLS at the forefront of the Residential and Group Day Support sector.

Our facilities offer a vast support system for individuals. Sites are managed by a staff who handle a wide variety of roles. We encourage families and caregivers to contact us directly to learn more, but rest assured that our innovative workers are up to the task. We are immensely proud of our staff, who undergo specialized training and are always able to field your questions and concerns.

Our knowledgeable and qualified workers approach this with dignity and dedication:

All staff have been trained to deal with behavior types and complex medical needs that are commonly cared for at QLS. Staff training sessions can include diabetic and dietary management, behavior management, hypertension care and seizure protocols. These preparation efforts are often combined with technology-based solutions to aid all types of individuals.

We also have direct support personnel (DSP) and other professionals on staff who are specialized in specific forms of treatment. These preparation efforts allow us to match qualified workers with particular clients depending on their needs.

We contract with both a registered nurse as well as a registered dietitian. The dietitian provides nutritional meals, an overview of food preparation, storage procedures and individual/personalized diet management.
